Tehama Wireless provides a five-year warranty for its products, guaranteeing conformity to published specifications and freedom from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products but excludes costs related to removal, reinstallation, or labor.
To claim the warranty, users must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the original seller or authorized distributor, with return shipments arranged directly. Products must be shipped freight prepaid.
The warranty does not cover damage from transport, installation, storage, misuse, modifications, natural events, or any use contrary to the intended purpose. Misuse or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Battery life issues due to inadequate repeater coverage or power outages are also excluded.
This is Tehama's sole warranty, with no other express or implied warranties offered. Tehama is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of use, income, or data.
