The Configuration, Installation & Troubleshooting tool (CIT) is our Windows based workhorse used to configure and troubleshoot your Sites. Add Site location information, import meter to MDT mappings, update meter settings, generate usage graphs, and configure various Alerts can all be done from the CIT. Powerful troubleshooting tools identify potential problems and pinpoint needed corrective action for the field tech.
